Can you match an existing texture from a photo?
Photos help a lot, especially close-ups in good light. For the best match, we may still confirm texture in person depending on the scope and how visible the area is.

Do you do both new installs and repairs?

If you’re requesting a quote, photos help us understand scope quickly. A few simple shots can save time and back-and-forth.
If you prefer not to share photos, we can still start with a description and ask a couple follow-up questions to understand the scope.
